- For exceeding the standard number of guests
- Infant (under ~36 months): No additional charge
- Toddler (36 months or older ~ under 8 years): No additional charge
- Adult (8 years or older): 20,000 KRW per night / per person
- Additional bedding: 10,000 KRW (single set)
🚩 Check-in Information
- Please strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out times. (Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM)
- A surcharge of 10,000 KRW per hour will be applied for late check-out.
- A fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for lost room key cards.
- Hailey Pool & Spa Hotel is a non-smoking facility to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- To maintain a pleasant environment, cooking meat or fried foods in the rooms is prohibited.
- To prevent fires, flammable items and any appliances not provided by the hotel are not allowed.
- Please sort your trash and dispose of it in designated areas.
- Guests causing disturbances to others will be asked to leave the premises.
- Please return the room key card to the front desk upon check-out.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to room amenities.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables not stored at the front desk.
- Please be cautious of safety hazards during your stay; guests are responsible for accidents due to their own negligence.
- Please note that the furnishings and decor in the photos may vary slightly between rooms. Confirm details when making a reservation.
